Abraham already grabbed me at Devoxx, so I hope I answered (or more accurately, didn't answer) his question personally.  However, for future reference, if you are interested in finding out about other Java User Groups around the world, there is a map on Java.net for this:

It doesn't look like there's a group in Valencia, but you can always send a mail to the JUG leaders list to enquire about any group.  In Spain specifically I know:

 - Israel runs the Sevilla Java User Group (yes, that's the cheeky one who reminded you all that I now work for JetBrains). He runs Android events here as well.

 - Nacho runs the Barcelona JUG (and don't forget those guys are running a Java conference in BCN this week!). Not sure, but he might be lurking on this list somewhere too.

 - There's a Madrid JUG that looks active, but I'm ashamed to say I haven't had any involvement with those guys yet.

My experience with all user groups is that if you're in the area, wherever you're from you're very welcome to attend. You'd be even more welcome to give a short talk! Even if you're not a regular speaker (or have never presented) a short 5-10 minute talk about who you are and what the community is like in your city would go down really well at any user group, you wouldn't even need slides.

BTW, in A Corunna the local hero is a British guy, Sir John Moore, but I will not tell here the history of the local heroine...
