Welcome David to the BOCCG. We are a group of friendly and social road bike riders that ride mostly in the OC. Although we have some who ride mtn. bikes, we do not do off road riding nor do we do racing or competition riding. From your intro. it sounds like you will fit right in with us, so check our calendar and come out and meet some of our members.
