Atheists United is hosting a great event this Sunday at 11am.
Richard Wade
on the topic of "How Big is Big, How Far is Far"

Every part of this planet is made of stars (yes even us) and Richard Wade is going to show us just what that means. Richard’s presentation “How Big is Big, How Far is Far” is a lively participatory talk about sizes and distances of things in astronomy. Using common objects, the audience helps build scale models of the earth, moon, sun, solar system and other stars to grasp the vastness of the universe in a much better way than just hearing large numbers. This wonderfully entertaining and informative show is suitable for children and adults. This event is free and open to the public. Click on the following link for more information and to RSVP
