A bit overwhelming for our big dogs. A little surprised to have a $20 reg fee, when I thought it was a free event. It took 45 min to put Jessie's lion costume on and about 5 min for her to get rid of it. Was really nice to see Atlas (who one an award. he had such a great costume as a hot air balloon) and Beckett (dressed as the wolf, hidden in grandma's clothing and guided by little red riding hood), Kimba came as a bumble bee and Duke and Jazmine came, along with Malice(in her halloween tootoo and her sister, Paulanka, as Kermit), Maggie (butterfly), Walker (hot dog), Ice, Drogo, Nimeria, Gusto. Had a great time shortly after the fair, when we all decided to go to Recreation Dog Park and let the dogs let off some steam. Chris came with his Mom and Denali, and we met Jack there with his family. Now that we know what it is all about, we will be better equiped next year. It was a good learning experience for me and I now know that dogs really don't like it (LOL!) I'll be back!

Just to clarify Atlas was one of the finalist I think the big winners where the Miracle grow people. Nevertheless it was great to be recognized.

Well, Congratulations still. That costume was awesome! I can't even imagine what the miracle grow people must have done for a costume. Incidentally, it was great to see your wife. I hope she's feeling much better. And that all is going well.

Had tons of fun today with all the Danes & Mommys & Daddys! They were the center of attention that's Forsure & great costumes everyone! Didn't enter the contest, a bit too much money per dog to walk in the contest, thought it was free but overall it was fun meeting. Malice & Paulanka met new Danes today & played with Jessie, Ice, Gusto, Becket, Kimba, Atlas (WHO WON THE CONTEST, CONGRATS, GREAT COSTUME ATLAS), DRogo & his sister Nigeria, & others. Some of us ended up meeting at The Rec Dog park on 7th street right after the parade were we met with Denali & Jack. Had a blast. Awesome day!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
