    I am going to make the Creamy Artichoke and Asparagus Lasagna from April Cooking Light.

    I was going to make the Linguine with Garlicky Kale and White Beans but after looking at the recipe again, I don't think it will be very exciting and is supposed to be served immediately. Is it okay for me to find something else in the April Cooking Light issue that would compliment the other dishes?

    I'll be there! Let me know what to bring. I have failed miserably at baking kale chips so welcome the advice. Please let me know what I should bring - I'm new and not sure how the group works just yet. :-)

      I probably made them 5-7 times before I finally got it right. Preheat oven to 275-300. Curly kale should be taken off stems and cut into smaller pieces. Key step is to make sure kale is dry before tossing with a little olive oil, s&p and whatever else (a little cayenne) you want. Make sure kale is in single layer on sheet pan. Start with 10 minutes and go a few minutes more at a time if not crispy. I'll try to bring to next meeting.

    Ok, I must be a dweeb :), can't find the recipes, but I downloaded the April issue of Cooking Light Magazine, can I bring the Greek Orzo Salad? I will try and find a Gluten-Free Orzo...

    I see that the recipes are from the current issue of Cooking Light which I got last week. I am always looking at tasty vegetarian dishes. Is it okay if I make the Linguine with garlicky kale and white beans in that issue?
