IT'S TIME FOR MR. MISTER MIYAGI AT ALEX'S BAR!!!

Come join me on Saturday, February 4th at 9PM to see this AWESOME band perform.  Guess who the lead singer is..... YOU!!!! That's right, it's live band karaoke. They play and you sing.  Well, YOU don't have to sing per se, only if you want to ;)

This band plays a variety of pop hits form the 80's and is at one of Long Beach's INFAMOUS local hot spots, Alex's Bar. In 2011, this monthly event was voted by OC Weekly as 'Best Bar/Club Night' as far as a theme is concerned. Fun fact- this bar doubles as Fangtasia on the HBO hit series, 'True Blood'.  There is always an interesting crowd there and watch out for regulars like 'Linda' who will knock your socks off with her best rendition of 'The Trooper'.  All I can say is... she is a true Iron Maiden.  Not to mention, the bartenders make a mean drink that is at an awesome price point for the barganistas!

Since a few ladies have expressed interest in bringing along their significant others and I occasionally will bring other friends, some of whom are male, I am not requiring this be ladies only.  THE MORE, THE MERRIER :)

There is a cover charge of $5 at the door.  If you need any additional help finding the location or the group, please call or text Misha S. at [masked]. Parking is limited- DO NOT park in the lot of the Auto Zone because they will  tow your vehicle.
