This event is on the Cinema Arts Centre's own meetup group site. Here are the details:

Join some of Long Island's best-known acoustic singer songwriters, who for several years in the early 00's curated the Conklin Barn acoustic songwriters in the round series for a free one night only concert event outdoors at the Cinema Arts Centre Garden on Friday, June 18th at 7 PM.

You can bring friends, a bottle of WINE, enjoy good food and atmosphere. Lastly - enjoy the music at the Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, New York!

Musical Guests include -

Alan Semerdjian has played over 900 shows in the last dozen years or so, he placed his music in TV, and film and earned the respect of lots of critics and fans along the way. (

Philip A Jiminez produces records pushing the envelope with talented artists who play Indie Rock, Folk, World, Americana, Chamber, Jazz, and Roots Music, Philip performed with several bands including Wheatus, Easy Anthems, Beat Radio, The Diggs. Wheatus had three singles released off the album. The best known song off the album was a chart topper called "Teenage Dirtbag" that was also on the soundtrack of the movie "The Loser" starring Adam Sandler. (

Akiva recorded in Huntington,NY with producer Philip A. Jimenez. His first single, I keep Calling You, has been picked up by radio stations like 101.9 RXP The NY Rock Experience. (

Jake Incao took his voice and songs to coffee houses and open mics all over Long Island. Sony BMG has hit up Jake to license two of his songs.

In 2006, Dizzy was used on a compilation which included artists like Sarah McLachlain, Howie Day, Jeff Buckely and Ray Lamontagne (
