I used to train sub 5, but that was years ago! I'm guessing 8 or 9 min now?
I like variety!
Hi - I used to be a professional triathlete, and a former Marine, but got hurt which ended my career. Now I need to find other to run with - its so better! I am also a minimal shoe runner.
