And now ready for our Spring Challenge!
We will meet on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 6PM, at the Sony Atrium on Madison Ave, at the 55 St entrance. I will be by the tables, in front of Starbucks, or close by.
I will give you my number when you RSVP.
We will each put $35 in the pot, and weigh, and measure, and go over everything.
Each week we weigh in, and then we have a different topic to discuss each week.
Some of the topics discussed will be:
Reading Nutritional Labels
There will be more, but these are just a few!
There will be support from the other challengers, as well as ongoing support from myself!
At the end of 12 weeks, whoever loses the most percentage of weight will win 50% of the pot, and the second prize will be 30% of the pot, and the third prize is 20% of the pot,
There is also a cash prize for losing the most inches!
You have four chances to win!
Those are really good odds!
Most of all, you will learn how to take control, and have some new ways to eat, celebrate, and enjoy life, and to do so in a very healthy way.
