I am scheduled to do a run on Sat and Sun this week and wanted to throw this out there. I am training for distance more than speed, so right now I am focused on time on my feel whether running/walking
Here is my schedule
Sun - need to do about 40 min.
Routes are open right now, but I would really like to stay on dirt/gravel. I am open for ideas on routes for Sunday. I need to be back in Longmont by Noon.
