Sorry for the late post!  We can run the trail through southwest Longmont out to 75th and grab a coffee after to warm up.

I so wish I could join you guys! It turns out I have a stress injury in my left foot (not a fracture, but would have been if I hadn't caught it). So a boot for two weeks and no running for six for me! I'll catch you guys on the other side of January (Thomas, still need to return your glasses....)

I just read in the edition January/ February 2014 of Running Times magazine, an article about the healing power of coffee during and after a 15K race.

Hi Thomas, how far/long do you think the run will be? I need to go 1 hour 20 minutes (8.5-9 miles) so I'm just trying to figure out how long people will be out running. Thanks!

I'm daunted by the cold weather and tend to slack off in winter or hit the gym instead. But- I would like to see you all at least a few times this season so will try to make it out at some point. Warmly, Adrianne
