Prospect Sound Bites brings together gourmet food, great music and Colorado’s summer evenings! Enjoy one of the largest Food Truck Festivals in Northern Colorado with more than a dozen gourmet vendors to serve up a wide cuisine variety: Street Tacos, Greek Pitas, hand thrown pizzas, Venezuelan Flat Breads, BBQ, Oskar Blues Burgers, Asian, and so much more. The Prospect park stage will feature the some of areas favorite entertainers including Dotsero and Hazel Miller as well as some big name touring bands including Nelson Rangell.
