Learn the basics of Circuit Bending and Electronic Circuits.

Jeff Cox is an experimental electronic musician from DeKalb, IL. He has taught electronics workshops at 60+ Hackerspaces, galleries, and other venues across the US. He has performed both solo and as part of the "Circuit-Bent Hackerspace Rock Trio" CMKT 4 at hundreds of venues.

His handmade electronic devices have been on display at the Bay Area Maker Faire, Detroit Maker Faire, World Maker Faire (NYC), Circuit Benders Ball (Nashville), Several regional Mini-Maker Faires, and various other electronics expositions.

He has been a presenter/instructor at MEECAS (Midwest Experimental Electronics Convention And Showcase), Circuit Benders Ball, and Betascape (Baltimore, MD). He has received multiple Editor's Choice Awards from Make Magazine for his displays at the Maker Faires.

On May 18th, 2012, Jeff appeared on Over The Edge Radio, KPFA, Berkeley. A radio show run by members of Negativland, Jeff and the other members of CMKT 4 discussed and demonstrated circuit bending with callers.
