I will be making an in kind donation of SparkFun parts/tools to get the hackerspace up and running from an electronics standpoint. I've created a google spreadsheet to collect information from all of you about what you're interested in having around the space to tinker and/or teach.
I would try to focus on outfitting the overall space well rather than personal project parts for now. For example, we could bring in a few Lab Packs (SparkFun Inventor's Kit or LilyPad Development Board) and start teaching workshops to bring in money for bigger toys.
Please add your ideas here and I'll compile a TinkerMill Care Package from the results!
Thanks! Hope to see many of you on Saturday!
