What kind of bread do you like to bake?

Challah, pita, injera, bagels, flatbreads (pizza, focaccia), rye, multi-grain breads with soakers. I like to practice shaping, scoring, and stenciling to personalize my loaves.

Serious home baker, advanced.

Are you interested in helping build bread ovens?

Yes. (If only I were nearer to L.A. :-) Someday hope to build my own backyard oven.
