Hi: I'm a psychologist. Owned Karmananda Bread in Santa Cruz along with some of my friends during the early 1970s. We made 8 varieties of organic bread including carrot, cinnamon raisin, wheatberry, and rye. I just retired from teaching.

What kind of bread do you like to bake?

Ciabatta, focaccia, sourdough, whole wheat, soaker wheatberry.

Are you a beginning, intermediate or advanced baker?


Are you interested in helping build bread ovens?

Sure but I'm not in the shape I used to be in!
