I assist my wife Teresa in the preparation of sourdough bread - my favorite bread.
Beginning baker, advanced eater.
I'm interested in building wood-fired cob ovens and plan to construct one at my place in the next year.
Count me in for the grain growers cell (I'm sharpening my scythe for the anticipated harvest).
