What kind of bread do you like to bake?

I am currently baking Tartine's country rustic loaf and am ready to try variations to that recipe that are in the book

I am an intermediate baker

Are you interested in helping build bread ovens?


Are you interested in growing grains?

Maybe but I am definitely interested in buying freshly milled flour to see the difference in taste


I am a dental hygienist on the west side who grows my own vegetables and raises chickens I have been trying to bake a great bread for years but couldn't get the crust. Thanks to Tartine's book I hit that crust 100% of the time !
