Greetings, Show Queens in Training!!

Hope you join our Theatre group.   We're almost a year old - with 300+ members.

The idea is simple - see plays, find out what's going on in the local theatre scene - and hopefully make a new friend.

Sometimes we have 5 people going - sometimes 25 or 30 - hard to tell!

It's a way to meet new people - gay and hetero - who like plays. It's a way to see more plays, and find out about plays.  And since everyone is on a budget, we mostly schedule plays with theatre companies and their artistic directors, with a group discount of anywhere from 30% to 50% - and occasionally - *gasp* - free!

A few pointers about our group  ....

1.  IF YOU RSVP, SHOW UP - OR CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS.  After 3 no-shows, you'll be uninvited from the group.

2.  WE WELCOME YOUR SHOW SUGGESTIONS.

3.  WE WELCOME YOU TO BECOME A CO-ORGANIZER OF EVENTS.

4.  THERE IS A $2 FEE ON TOP OF THE TICKET PRICE FOR EACH EVENT, TO COVER THE MONTHLY FEE CHARGED BY WWW.MEETUP.COM TO HOST A WEBPAGE ON THEIR SITE.  YOU PAY VIA PAYPAL.

AND AGAIN:   IT DOESN'T JUST HAVE TO BE FOR GAYS/ LESBIANS.

We totally welcome FOG's (Friends of Gays).  In fact, many of our best friends are hetero (not to mention women).

The mix is fun!!  The key words are THEATRE, GAY, FOG, DISCOUNT, CONVIVIAL, BIG-HEARTED, GOOD ENERGY !!
