Authentic Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do classes combined with functional fitness training.
Sponsored by San Gabriel Valley Jeet Kune Do, the purpose of this Meetup is to offer an easy access source of original Jeet Kune Do instruction as inspired by Bruce Lee, combined with functional strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.
JKD is modern, scientific street fighting designed to quickly develop street effective self defense skills.
All fitness and experience levels welcome.
We are offering Group Drills & Conditioning Classes and Semi-private classes.

-Second class: $10
-Monthly option: $35
Semi-Private Training (Beginning Level)
-First class: $10
-Subsequent classes: $20

The space is being shared with Copa Insurance on the corner of Beverly and Saddler. We will be meeting in the second floor conference room.
Training will be two hours so bring comfortable workout clothing, water, and a towel.
If you have gloves bring those too (bag gloves, boxing gloves, mma gloves, etc. anything will do)
