Please tell us about your experience with / interest in veganism.

I read a book called "Survival into the 21st Century" about thirty years ago and it caused me to stop eating anything that wasn't alive. After two years I started eating cheese and cooked vegetables. I did that for about ten years and felt the need for meat. Now I don't eat much meat and like it very healthy.

Please tell us how you think you can contribute to the "No Meat & Mingle" roaming vegan potluck community. What benefits do you hope to enjoy as part of the community?

I contribute best when people ask me questions. Sometimes I have good answers. I often grow wheat grass, sprouts and vegetables. I often get questions on health... I try to come up with good things to share at pot lucks. I have a talent for solving problems.
