In This Gong Fu Tea Ceremony we will focus on Wuyi Yencha Oolong tea from 2013. Colin Hudon will brew 2-3 of these unique, rare teas and discuss some of the salient details of Yencha tea including terroir, harvest, brewing etc. There will also be Yencha available for purchase after the tea ceremony.
