On Behalf of the Academia Mexicana del Tequila and The American Tequila Guild, I would like to congratulate the newly Certified Tequiliers (Tequila Experts) for taking part in the 17 hr. curricular seminar taught by Mr. Andres Rodriguez Reynoso, President of the Academia Mexicana del tequila, and Mario Marquez, Tequilier with Cafe Coyote, on November 19, 2009, at Cafe Coyote in Old Town San Diego.

These Ladies and Gentlemen received instruction and hands on experience focused on a wide range of topics in the field of tequila including govermental regulatory standards, Denomination of Origin of Tequila, the History and Folklore of Tequila, Production, Statistics, and the development of their Organoleptic senses for tasting were covered in a two day seminar and examination.
