What is your coding experience level in a scale of 0-5 where 0 is "I have never coded before in my life" and 5 is "I code, often with my eyes closed"

I've coded a bunch and on different platforms ( RoR, LAMP, ASP.NET ) and can certainly help newbies. Pair programming is definitely the way to go. I'd say I'm a 2+... ready to be a 3.

Introduction

Front-end developer, learning the back-end and everything in between. Organized the last 2 Railsbridges and tutored at the Railsgirls Event. I organize the Westside Ruby Study Group for people, esp. women, interested in learning Ruby and RoR.

What Anna M. is saying about this Meetup Group

We had a good time going over some simple Rails problems and just letting loose with some old stories about working for corporates. Lorie was hilarious, congratulations with your new job!
