Hello WordPress Fans!

I'll be discussing How to Diagnose & Fix a Slow Web Site, followed by our usual Q & A session, time permitting (there's a lot to cover in this session).

Do you know how quickly your web site loads?

It's important, and can even impact how Google ranks your site. It's also important to your User Experience (UX). If your visitor has to wait and wait, they'll probably go somewhere else!

Problem is, it's not always easy to determine just WHY your site is loading slowly...

There are several factors that can impact your site load times, besides just having "lots of large images."

I'll cover:

• likely factors impacting load times

• diagnostic tools

• solutions

Q & A (time permitting)

If we have time after the main topic, I'll answer your own specific questions...

If you have already have a WordPress web site & have specific basic WordPress questions, bring your computer and we'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.
