Japanese Sencha Tea Ceremony Lecture

Intro: Japanese tea ceremony Sencha $10

In the 16th century, whole leaf tea made its way to Japan, causing a tea drinking revolution. Like powdered tea, there is a tea ceremony for sencha tea. Sencha is a steamed green tea served all over Japan. It is easier to brew, and allowed more social classes to brew tea. This seminar will explain the Sencha tea ceremony. Tastings, food, and sample are included.

This is taking place on Easter Sunday and I have a family I need to be with. Maybe we can try this again another time.
