    Pasty chef, culinary educator and author of "Cooking with Tea" and "The Dessert Architect", Robert Wemischner at Naja's Tea Room and Boutique. He demonstrated an Assam Chocolate Tea with two sauces and Red Rice cooked in Jade Oolong with dried cranberries and pecans, topped with garlic chives freshly clipped from his kitchen garden.
