Our next Weight Loss Challenge is starting up January 25.

This challenge is for those who prefer a Meet Up in the morning.

Get in awesome shape or repair the damage done over the holidays! A recent group lost 160 lbs and 207 inches. The top 3 winners all lost over 15 lbs and took home over $1000 in cash prizes.

Lose Weight with Halie Weight Loss "AM" Challenge!


Start Date: Wednesday, January 25

Time: 9:30am (please come 10-15 minutes early if you can)

End Date: Wednesday, April 18 (12 full weeks long, 13 meetings)

Location: A private residence in Thousand Oaks

Near the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza

What to Bring:

$35 to register for the full 12 weeks (no additional charges)
Your goals - even a rough idea of your goals is a great starting place
A friend – a few spots are still available!

Class Structure:

Weekly meetings Wednesdays, 9:30am.
Arrival: Check-in and weigh-in
Class starts promptly at 9:45pm for 20 minutes, covering tips, new health topics (including healthy eating habits and exercise)
Personalized, one-on-one coaching
All participants receive a free wellness profile for goal-setting at the outset of the WLC

Cash Prizes:

Prizes are awarded to the Top 3 Biggest Weight Loss Losers, based on a % of weight lost. 1st place receives 50% of the cash pot, 2nd place receives 30% and 3rd receives 20%
Special cash prize awarded to the Top Inch Loser based on total inches lost.

Accountability Structure:

"Commitment Jar" to support forward progress from one week to the next. All Commitment Jar funds go to the Top Inch Loser:
If a participant gains weight, $1 per pound gained goes into the Commitment Jar.
If a participant misses >1 class, $5 per additional missed class into the Commitment Jar.
Food logs are submitted weekly to the participant's coach, missed food logs are $1 into the Commitment Jar.

Rules and Responsibilities:

All information provided supports a healthy, active lifestyle for near-term and long-term results
Coaches are responsible for providing support, education and a fun environment to encourage the best possible results.
Participants may choose to use any program or method they would like to lose weight as long as it is healthy (no crash diets please!)
