Surviving the Mayan Prophecies and Holiday Stress! (FREE)

There are two major dates fast approaching that likely have been causing some angst in the minds of many. The first is the well advertised and talked about Mayan Prophecies that lay claim that the world, as we know it, is about to undergo some serious, serious shifts on 12/21/12. The other is our yearly holiday called Christmas 12/25/12 where there seems to be more a focus on shopping than actual family jubilee and the true meaning of this magical day.

Personally, I used to be TERRIFIED of the Mayan prophecies and used to dread the family gatherings because of the well known bickering that would always take place. In the last few years though I have succumb to the balanced mindset "what will be, will be" knowing that I am doing my best to raise my consciousness and frequency to wholeheartedly do my part to make this world, and myself a better place.

Living from a place of calm and compassion helps me to actually look forward to the transitions that these prophecies are promising to bring and to be in joy and love looking forward to seeing my family members I tend to not as frequently keep in contact with.

If you'd like to learn the tools I have that will help you have more calm and happiness in your life during this high stress month then join me on 12/12/12 at noon at the East West Bookstore during your lunch break.

We will meet for 1 hour and have an entertaining, fun, interactive workshop to help us all learn to apply these powerful destressing exercises.
