LA Shrimp Seafood Sensations

Louisiana has some of the best seafood around! We will highlight Louisiana Shrimp with dishes such as Shrimp Creole over Corn Grits, Classic Barbecued Shrimp, Shrimp Etouffee, Shrimp au Gratin in Eggplant Pirogue, and Abita Poached Shrimp over a Watermelon Salad. Take home your creations

Basic Icing Piping Techniques

Chef Derrick will teach you the basic icing techniques for cake decorating, different borders, writing, piped figures, outlining and of course roses and seasonal flowers. A cake and tips will be provided. Take home your decorated cake and tips.

Intermediate Cake Decorating

The next step up from beginner’s class! Chef will show you how to design and create themed cakes for any occasion, airbrushing and 2D decorating tricks. A cake and tips will be provided. Take home your decorated cake and tips.

Salad Sensations

There is always time for flavorful salads such as a tropical papaya and shrimp salad; black-eyed pea and peach salad; roasted beef over mixed greens with strawberry pepper jelly vinaigrette; Seafood Sensation salad with crawfish, crab, shrimp with marinated artichoke, avocado and roasted bell pepper; and a Mexican Gazpacho chicken salad. Take home your creations.
