Passion? No, but I thoroughly enjoy cooking.
I am new to the area, and new to the South. I'm from California and have been told that I will need to learn to cook Southern dishes. I am comfortable in the kitchen and would love to see what classes are coming up. Thank you.
The list of classes coming up is great. Artisian bread making, Italian 101, Louisiana seafood. I can't wait.
