I am from Chicago and can not get Louisiana Boudin anywhere. I have been trying to make it myself and after a couple of attempts have done a good job with the flavor. However I have been having real difficulty with the rice it keeps gumming up when I try to stuff it in the casings. If you have any suggestions on how I can fix that it would be greatly appreciated.
