I rated this meetup as "neutral". Wayne did a super job and the speakers were super. People were allowed to get up and speak which a lot did including myself. Now the bad parts. People seem to let it go in one ear and out the other about the good advice the speakers gave. Like the advice about getting good head shots. Most people just can't get it through their heads they need one or think they can do as good as a job as me or other pros and they can't. Then, again, like at the Baton Rouge meetup, hardly anyone spoke to me. The ones who use to attend this meetup did. It discourages me from attending that much. Why I am hated for being famous, why?!!!!!!

It was really good! I do think we should all meet as one group, directors, producers, actors, post, etc but I think it would be great if the extra's and others that weren't making a career out of film, or at least a serious part time career out of being in the film industry as a pro or semi-pro, had their own meet up group, that way we could really pull in the professional actors along with the other professional crew that are out there. Nothing against the extra's, I've done extra work and still will do it on some occasions, it just be great to have everyone on the same page. I hope this doesn't piss anyone off, that is definitely not my intention.
