Does the Agile Manifesto make initial requirements obsolete? Are gathering requirements applicable to Agile? The Agile Manifesto principles might seem to downplay traditional requirements gathering. How much is enough? What items are addressed in requirements gathering? How detailed should the initial requirements be?

Come join us in a discussion on concepts and tools used for successful requirements gathering in an Agile environment.

About the speaker:

Michelle Carson is owner and President of MCT Consulting and Training, and has provided services for Tandem Solution for many years.  Mrs. Carson has over 18 years’ experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Leadership Development, Quality Management, and Training. Her clients include all sizes and types (Fortune 100 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, and government entities) who rely on her expertise for consulting and training in the following areas:

• PMO start-up or realignment

• Process improvement and streamlined processes to improve company performance

• Strategic planning/deployment

• Project and Program Management

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including both Waterfall and Agile
