Panel Discussion on Agile Practices

Several members have offered to share the stage as a panel of Agile practitioners, ready to be bombarded with questions about Agile practices and techniques they've used!

Come join us as we learn about what has worked (and what didn't work well) for these local Agile practitioners.  Bring your list of questions and be prepared to share your own challenges at your company. You may be surprised to learn that others have had similar experiences.

Tandem Solutions has graciously offered their facilities and will provide the food for the meeting.  Please invite a friend!

I thought they did a great job outlining how their process works now and how it evolved and where they see it going in the immediate future. The level of participation was a sign of how good this was!

    Jeff...great question!

There are many actions that can be taken to start the Agile journey. Here is a link to our blog which will provide insight on a multitude of various Agile topics, including "Organizational Transformation - Parts 1, 2 & 3"....

I will be at the meetup this evening and hopefully we will have an opportunity to meet and discuss in more depth.

I am an IS Director at the State of KY, looking to learn how to implement Agile. Other than this forum, what other things might I do to learn how to move from a waterfall to Agile environment? Are there ways to implement some parts of an Agile process as a best practice and slowly integrate?

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
