Day two of the harvest will be assisting the Amish farmer as he breaks down each hog into separate cuts. Each hog takes about an hour or so. We will meet at my home first and then travel to the Amish farm. Afterwards everyone is invited back to my small farm where I will fire up my newly constructed wood fired oven and have lunch.
