I have led product development of web and mobile applications used to visualize health data at Humana and HealthCentral. Recently I have co-created an iPhone app called Pillfolio, that lets you take all of your pills with you to every appointment.
I am using a Fitbit and Aria scale to track activity, sleep, and weight. I am also tracking the risks I take, the challenges I face, the appreciations I have, the things I'm proud of, my self care, and my mood, on a daily basis using a 0-3 point scale. This is called FAP and it is changing my behavior in a positive way, if you're interested.
Analyzing my FAP data on a weekly basis to try to increase the risks that I take... in an attempt to continually push myself out of my comfort zone.

I am very excited about the interest in Quantified Self here in Louisville, and will do what I can to continue to promote the local movement. :)
