SkeptiCamp Kentucky is a FREE, local, open conference on science and skepticism with talks on topics of interest to skeptics and critical thinkers.
Don't let the "camp" fool you. SkeptiCamp is NOT a kid's camp. Nor does it involve the outdoors, campfires or s'mores. Instead, scientists, professionals, your friends, your peers, and even you, will give talks on various topics concerning science and critical thinking.
It is free to attend SkeptiCamp Kentucky 2012 and there will be door prizes! You may attend any or all of the presentations, you do not have to stay for the full conference. There will be a one-hour break for lunch; you may pack a sack lunch or run out to a nearby restaurant (see map below). Coffee will be provided by Heine Brothers coffee. Snacks will be provided, or you are welcome to bring a snack for yourself, or some to share! (Nothing too messy, please.) Although there are only a few RSVP'd here, there will be 30+ at SkeptiCamp. Join Us!
