    Hello Ladies,
I will try for the patio since it's such a beautiful day! I'll be there around 5 to snag us a table (as they don't take reservations). Just look for the sign upstairs or down in the patio. See you at 6! :)

Have you guys read the book...or at least parts? I'm so excited to talk about it over dinner. Admittedly, I've skipped around a lot on the Kindle to read the parts of the book that most pertain to the immediate knowledge I'm looking for about daily nutrition and pregnancy (for the future). Would those who RSVPed also be interested in bringing a recipe to swap? One important thing I've learned in the book is the importance for vegans to pair a calcium with a folate in each meal. There are lots of simple adjustments we can make to our recipes/ meals to make sure they're supplying complete nutritional needs. What do you think?

Hi there. I still intend on going. I've ordered the book and hope to have a good amount read by next Friday. I'm still reading Kind Diet right now but want to get other perspectives. Also, heard good things about El Mundo. Oh and I really like bean dishes. Especially Vegetarian Chili.

If not everyone has read the book maybe the ones who do read it can describe what they have learned and found the most interesting?
