The purpose of this meet-up walking / jogging / running We'll walk, we'll jog, to get us up and off the couch or out from behind the computer.
If you've got any ideas, please let me know! I'm open to suggestions!

I passed Mel about 1/2 way, he was way off his hoped for pace, I told him my plan to walk it @ 15 min per mile and left him. Mel (his son and grand kids) caught me with less than a mile to go. Was very grateful for me "setting the pace" for him after he'd given up his original goal. Wanted to cross the finish line with me, I was nearly dehydrated and slowing badly. Mel wanted to finished with our hands in the air together, he had to slow down for me but we both made it. One of the rewarding experiences you can have by just getting out there, doing what you can and sharing your "plan" with others!
Leave the Chase Bank Parking area (Behind McDonalds near I-64) at 6 am for a 1 / 3 / 5 mile walk
