Board Game Madness!!!

This is one of three monthly events of board and card games. Please join Card Board Gamers for a variety of modern games from 4 pm to midnight. You're free to stay the whole time or just come for a few games. Bring your own or play one from our vast collection. If you're new to the world of modern board games, please let us know and we'll ease your way into this great pastime. And note, feature games and themes aren't mandatory. Any and all games are welcome!
A gift card for Bluegrassmagic Game Shop will be given away. Amount based on number of entries. Entries are one dollar. This isn't a mandatory fee. Playing games is free but only those who donate will be entered into the drawing.
For an idea of games we've played, here's a short list of past faves and recent plays: Battlestar Galactica; Innovation; Dominion; Power Grid; 7 Wonders; Summoner Wars; Arkham Horror; Eclipse; Brass; Alien Frontiers; Spartacus.

I had a great time! Got to play 2 old games...Puerto Rico and Memoir 44. And 2 new games....King of Tokyo and 7 Wonders. 7 wonders was great and can't wait to play again.
Memoir is one of my favorites and I look forward to recruiting some new soldiers to play next time!

I also had a fantastic time last night. Love playing thunderstone and even tho I didn't win either game I still had a great time playin it. I was also shown memoir 44 and it looks like fun game and hope to get a chance to try that one out soon. Look forward to seein everyone again.

Lots o' fun was had with lots o' games hitting the table. Thunderstone Advance hit the table twice, as did 7 Wonders. Also in view were Battlestar Galactica (I've gotta play that soon myself), Memoir '44, Puerto Rico, Netrunner, Tzolk'in, Escape, Alien Frontiers, and many others. Thanks to all for ending my week on a high note and much thanks to Gary for chipping in an extra dollar for me to have a chance in the gift card raffle. Congrats to Doug for winning the gift card. Loved seeing regulars and new players and look forward to seeing you guys again.

AGoT BG is fun but you really have to have a full six for it to be played best. I know several members have a copy. I myself will probably sit out of any Thrones playing tomorrow. It's a very strategic game and I'm a bit exhausted from the week.
