I see walks being planned but no mention of mileage or end times. Is it mentioned somewhere and I don't know where to look or do you have a standard walk? You are going to my favorite place to walk in this city. Typically 4 miles several times a week. There are so many routes you are sure to return. I hope to join up for this one. Most of the hikes are about 4 miles long. We do have some hikes that are sometimes longer, but usually there is a shorter option if you don't want to do the entire longer hike. Also, we eat afterwards so we have to make reservations at the restaurant and that is usually set at about 5:30 PM. That means if you don't want to eat you need to drive at the bus drives directly to the restaurant after the hike.

If you drive take Shelbyville Road (US 60) exit 27 off 265 toward Eastwood. Go about a mile and turn right on S. Beckley Station Road. Go into the Beckley Creek Park and park near Sprayground or PNC Achievement/Interpretive Center.
