Whether you're an artistic genius or you haven't picked up a paint brush since your primary school art teacher expressed concern over your lack of ability, this group is for you!

It's not just kids that benefit from playing, studies have shown how important it is for our well being to take time to just play, which as an adult, it's all too easy to forget to do, and can be hard to make time for. Meditation is also wonderfully beneficial with countless positive side effects!

The art classes involve a guided meditation to help put your worries and cares aside, followed by fun painting and drawing exercises to help you to unleash hidden talents you never knew you had, as well as transport you back to your childhood.
