My original Boxer (and the love of my life) was given to me when he was 5 by the showbreeder. She was aederly and was switching to Boston Terriers and French Bulldogs. Charlie was not show quality because the vet cut his tail too long and his ears too short. He ruined him for show, so he was her house dog. He lived to be 15 and was an English Boxer. His head came up to most people's waist. The ones I have now are American Boxers. Buster's head comes up to mid-thigh on me. So they'er lots shorter

These two were the result of an unplanned litter. The owner of the Boxers had gone out of town and had her brother dog sit. Well, he thought it would be "funny" to let them breed. His sister told me that her brother is no longer welcome in her home..LOL She posted in DFWPetfinders that she had 9 pups that at 4 weeks old the mother stopped nursing. I bought the bonded pair when they were 6 weeks old.
