This space is your space, this space is my space! What would YOU like to see included in a Loveland makerspace?

I have toured a makerspace in Columbus, Ohio that has city support. They had equipment ranging from machine tools and welding to photography and ceramics. I liked their concept and would love to see something like that here.

At LCS, a huge part of our mission is education in helping enable a community of enthusiastic and curious inventors (artists, craftsmen, and techies alike) to learn new skills. Do you have skills you can teach or helpful community connections?

I am seeking to learn more than teach.

Sometimes, good equipment doesn't need a big price tag to be incredibly useful. Do you have equipment you might like to contribute, through donation or otherwise?

I have a Sherline Mill that I CNC'd some time ago. I don't really use it, I would consider donating it and the laptop that controls it.

Makers are inherently busy people; the CreatorSpace is in need of some love and attention. Would you be willing to volunteer time of any sort at the makerspace?

Possibly, I would need to negotiate that with my SO.
