Table top workshop

We will meet at the usual place at 9:00am and have a fun day of creating table top images. We will have a number of different stations set up. We will setup: water drops into a pan, water drops on glass, fruit and carbonated liquid, still life table, and a few other creative stations. What you create is only limited by you imagination.

That was an awesome workshop Doug - I couldn't believe all the stuff your brought - you really went out of your way and it was wonderful. The new place really is nice and I hope we get to use it again. I can't wait for the next party...uh...photo shoot - smile.

Also, I am going to be setting up a challenge station. So I need everyone to bring one prop related to Valentines day, Christmas, and Halloween. I have a number of items related to those holidays but when the creative juices start flowing you can never have enough props. For those of you that attend our regular monthly meetings this building is much nicer than the building we meet in now. I am going to talk with North Charleston to see if we can move here permanently. The building is better suited for photography and the parking availability is better.

    Hey Everyone.
Because of a scheduling conflict we are going to be moving the location of the workshop. It only about a block away and it's a better room. Here are the address and directions.
    Olde Village Community Building
4820 Jenkins Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

Take I26 to the Montague Exit get off at Montague and head East.
Travel on E Montague Avenue for about 1 mile. Enter Park Circle roundabout and exit onto continuation of E Montague Ave. Pass through one traffic light and over the railroad tracks into the Olde North Charleston Business District. Turn left at Jenkins Ave; the Olde Village Community Building is on the right. In addition, I also want to remind everyone to bring their tripod and if you have any flash units for you camera bring them with you. I will have strobes available and flash units for canon but I do not have any Nikon equipment.

Sounds good Jeff. I should have put in the description that if anyone wants to bring anything to bring what the think will make a good image.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
