Tips & techniques for lucid dreaming: Beginners

This meetup is for those who are eager to learn how to lucid dream or for those who already had some lucid dreams but find it difficult to reproduce them.

Lucid dreams are not just more vivid than ordinary dreams as many people assume. In a lucid dream, you are aware that you are dreaming and you can choose what you want to do in your unique private universe.

Whether you use that time to have fun, to explore your psyche, for spiritual growth or learn about the mechanics of your superconsciousness - is up to you.

In this meetup you will learn:

  • About the science behind lucid dreaming as well as the most reliable techniques to achieve lucidity
  • About the role of reality checks (state testing) and mindfulness.
  • What to do with your mind so it doesn’t fall unconscious before your body is asleep
  • A meditation to expand your awareness prior to your induction.

In addition, you will find your Dream buddy for extra support!

The reason why you still haven’t made enough effort to have lucid dreams is that you haven’t understood the implications of being conscious in your own mind. I will share with you the greatest benefits of lucid dreaming so you have a clear idea about why you want to learn and how. Intention and motivation is a huge part of the art of lucid dreaming. Come and learn about lucid dreaming in a group, interact, ask questions and get inspired!

There are two prerequisites for this workshop:

1st Prerequisite (optional):
Prior to the meetup, start writing your dreams down every morning, or even better, every time you wake up at night. Get a special dream journal and leave it by bed (or in bed to become more intimate). You don’t have to write elaborate stories if it’s too time consuming, write only keywords if you wish.
If you don’t remember any or many dreams, don’t worry and persist anyway – you dream recall will improve with time.
We’ll share your experiences with this task and I will explain why is dream recall so important for your lucid dreaming practice.

2nd prerequisite (mandatory) :
Bring an open mind, curiosity and a few smiles ;)

See you there!
