Get Fit within... create a new you and develop ways to help manifest a better life for you and the world NOW.. Program: An intensive course custom built for all levels; from the newbie to the expert. The program is designed to fuse well known fitness drills with real application skills and conditioning taken straight from Muay Thai, TKD, Capoeira, Kung Fu, MMA, Boxing and other martial arts. Condition like a real Martial artist/fighter without the need to spar. Sparring and experiencing contact is up to the individual; we respect everybody’s choice. Students have the option to feel contact with light controlled sparring drills or to apply the movements without physical touch. All drills will be carefully supervised by the instructor. Individuals will apply drills of all the FIT arts with their class partner while being guided by an expert martial artist and Kinesiologist: Robert Andres the creator of inFITnity. An initial FIT assessment will take place, before and after photos will be taken and a skill improvement test at the end of the course will track the student’s development. The course will emphasize on proper use of upper body, lower core and flexibility to increase power and improve the student’s overall Fitness Kick/punching shields and bags will be utilized alongside mitts, pull up bars and other equipment--all under the careful supervision and participation of the instructor. Creative and dynamic partner drills will be used in training-- directly inspired by the M arts. The program will promote meditation and breathing exercises as a beneficial way to fortify and calm the body and mind.
