Are you a mom in your mid 30's - 40's with a newborn or young child/children? Are your friends' kids older than yours? Have you found it difficult to find older parents to connect with? Do you want to find a group that supports all walks of life and respects personal parenting choices? Then this group is for you! This group promotes positive relationships with other parents, Moms and Dads, as well as with our children. We have mature and healthy conversations and support each other as we struggle with the every day challenges of parenting. We do our best to organize playgroups that have a flexible enough schedules so all parents can participate. We will also have non-children activities to give parents a chance to be adults and have fun!
For all of our safety we ask that you upload a photo of yourself. It will also help us find each other in a crowd.
Members are asked to attend at least one event per quarter. We know things get hectic, so email us if this is not possible. The organizer pays $72.00 per 6 months to keep this Meetup group active on meetup.com, so we ask that you contribute $5.00 per 6 months to help offset this fee.
You are welcome to add events, this enables you to schedule events other parents/families may also be interested in and share common interests in. You can host almost anywhere, some ideas are at an open gym, park, museum, community center, mall, bowling alley, even your home if you wish.
If this sounds like something you would like to participate in, let's get together!
New members must be approved by the Organizer

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
