Roulade, the art of putting everything together, rolling it up and putting it in the oven. A great way to hide vegetables and use leftovers. Together we will learn to make turkey pinwheels with spinach and roasted red peppers. A great hors d'oeuvres for large parties. Chicken Cordon Bleu, roulade-style with pounded chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese. And for dessert a jelly roll, soft chocolate cake filled with a light whipped filling. I'll be sharing some simple staple techniques great for entertaining. All classes include recipes as well as open to questions. Classes are limited to six people at a time (because of space and supplies). If more people are interested then a second class will be added.
